    A:
Now to remove and install the throttle body and intake manifold assembly you should disconnect the air inlet duct and the electrical harnesses of the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve and the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). Liberate the vacuum connections and tag them, then remove the Dipstick and Radiator cap and make sure that the engine is off, and also allow the engine to cool down and then drain water from the bottom of the radiator until it reaches below the top tank. With regard to the removal of the throttle body, remove the two clips holding the coolant hoses in place and pull them off the throttle body, after which remove the throttle, the automatic transmission throttle valve and cruise control cables if any. Take out the bolts holding the throttle body assembly to the intake manifold flange and, there is the intake manifold flange gasket, then clean the surfaces of the gasket. To install, a new flange gasket must be inserted then the throttle body must be placed then the bolts for the retention and the nuts must be tightened to 11 ft lbs in equal intervals. (15 Nm). Reconnect all the throttle, transmission TV and cruise control cables, clamp two coolant hoses tightly and reconnect all the vacuum hoses according to the symbol marked on it. Finally, reattach the disconnected air inlet duct to avoid leakage, replace the used coolant with fresh coolant and turn on the engine to check for leakage then after sometime circulating the coolant turn off the engine, wait for it to cool and check on the coolant level and add more if required.
